Do you trust your mechanic shop?
When you have questions, or lack trust or clarity, our Virtual Inspection offers a review utilizing pictures and videos supplied by your repair facility. The Virtual Inspector works directly with your Service Advisor or Technician to ensure the sincerity of the needed vehicle repair.
Process Note: This is not a real-time event. The virtual inspector has to work around their own availability and the service writer or technician’s availability. Sometimes, this may take a couple of days to coordinate.

BST Inspections offers an integrity check for your mechanic. Many people struggle with trusting their mechanic or service advisor because customers like you and me know that service advisors and mechanics are inclined to sell more repairs and higher repair bills. Everyone is getting squeezed for their last dollar and this gives you as a customer to check how honest your advisor or mechanic is being. We live by the montra, “Trust but Verify,” and before now, there was no true way for a customer to verify the repairs they were being sold.

They are afraid of being sold a repair they don’t need
They are afraid they are being sold the wrong repair.
In either case, BST Inspections and their virtual inspection offer allows someone who knows cars to work with your service advisor and mehanic to verify the repairs you need.

Second BST Inspections prides itself in employing highly educated and experienced people who can “Speak Car” and filter through the technical language often used by Technicians and advisors. Not everyone knows or understands vehicles and we want to help you understand what exactly what is going on with your vehicle when you need a repair.

Not everyone has a trusted "car person" to call. For over 20 years, our founders, Bradley and Sarah, were that informal resource for their friends and family, offering honest advice on everything from simple repairs to major purchases.
Recognizing a massive need, they assembled a small team of like-minded professionals who share a passion for service and integrity. That shared vision is how BST Inspection Services was born.
